REGIONAL MANAGER (general, on-going)
Kenra, Ltd, an Indianapolis-based, privately held, professional hair care company, provides the highest quality products and services exclusively to salons and spas. We are looking for qualified individuals who share our passion and commitment to the salon industry and who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our revenues are strong and our goals are aggressive.
We are always seeking top candidates throughout the US and Canada to join our team as Regional Managers. These positions are responsible for achieving sales revenue targets in their assigned regions and meeting all customer account management needs by:
• Driving sales and marketing with new and existing Kenra customers (distributors and national chain accounts);
• Building and expanding meaningful relationships with key distributors;
• Implementing and supporting distributor-specific promotions and marketing initiatives;
• Conducting educational programs and presentations;
• Providing timely reports, including calendar activities, sales calls, forecasts, etc.;
• Managing expenses within budgetary guidelines
Qualified Applicant has:
• 2+ years of outside sales experience with a quantifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. A bachelor’s degree is preferred;
• A high energy level and professional appearance;
• Excellent communication skills in written, oral and presentation forms;
• A strong desire and ability to serve customers and solve problems;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships, negotiate and influence others;
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and self-direction;
• A positive attitude and ability to be a team player;
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Windows and Office;
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
